Statutory Warranty

All goods we sell in the European Union are covered by the statutory warranty of at least two years. The following notice is prescribed uniformly across Europe and summarises your rights.

Would you like to report a defect? Write to info@weingut-christ.at or call us on +43 1 292 51 52. Please include proof of purchase, for example the invoice.

The notice comes unchanged from the European Commission. Further information on your rights in each country is available at europa.eu/youreurope.

Your right of withdrawal for distance contracts is distinct from the statutory warranty. You will find everything about it under Right of Withdrawal, and you can declare your withdrawal under Withdraw from Contract.
