The rhythm of nature. Sometimes we have to take a step back to find the way into the future. It was in 1997 that we began to turn to an almost forgotten force: the moon. In a wine world that today is strongly shaped by flawless technology and international know-how, we wanted to learn. We wanted to look where generations before us drew their knowledge.

In the past, when there were no laboratories and computers, people had only two tools: they had to look more closely and listen more deeply into nature, always in search of that fine spark that makes the difference. This intuitive knowledge was lost in the noise of modernity. And we asked ourselves the all-important question: if we respect these natural rhythms again, can we actually analyse the difference? Can we taste it? We simply did not know. And it was out of exactly this humility that this project was born.

The result is a fascinating mystery. While modern laboratory analyses show hardly any measurable differences, the wine in the glass speaks a completely different, overwhelming language. The full moon wine thanks us with a personality that touches all the senses: powerful and yet flooded with irrepressible freshness. Perfectly balanced, profound and blessed with a maturity that at the same time radiates an outstanding, almost youthful vitality. A wine that proves that nature's greatest secrets cannot necessarily be measured in numbers, but can very well be tasted.
