Here lie some of the oldest organically farmed plots in the region: a precious heritage to which we have devoted ourselves since 2014 with unconditional respect and deep humility before nature.

In style, this wine is a masterful bow to the premier league: it was consistently created in the style of a great rosé Champagne, only quite deliberately without „bubbles“. It is the pure, unvarnished essence of craftsmanship and vision. An early, selective harvest gives it its delicate, almost floating liveliness with a wonderfully moderate, unobtrusive alcohol content.

But the true secret of its structure lies in time and rest. The long, intensive contact with the full lees gives the wine a deep, creamy, silky texture that coats the whole palate despite its lightness.

Aromatically, it is a deeply moving reminder of nature: fragrant with freshly picked wild strawberries, endlessly refreshing, filigree and yet underlaid by that noble, creamy texture that only the very great wines possess. A rosé full of tension and timeless finesse.
